“Start by doing what is necessary, then what is possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.”-St. Francis of Assisi
Learning Socially is a south Georgia 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit formed to tutor young students with learning challenges. We offer academic and app/web resource support to families and their children. The three initiatives of our nonprofit are as follows:
Every child has their own “special needs”, so let’s throw out any stigma of labels and teach each child on the strength of their own wonderful potential. I am pulling from past files to populate the menu to the left. It shows some of our work during which we are privileged to be a small part of the children’s lives.
Our kids live in a digital age, and we need to learn how to support them with the rapidly increasing mobile and web resources. I hope the following blog, Autism4Life , along with others written by our nonprofit secretary Brittany, is an additional help to parents and teachers. Social media is not going away, and it can be a means to authentic, inspiring communication of Hope. We welcome any responses you send us!
